Laser Cutting

Forming
Versatile and scalable press brake forming utilizes multi-station tooling to produce components. It’s a cost-effective choice as the tooling is inexpensive and the process generates minimal waste. We operate four standard and four CNC hydraulic press brake machines ranging from 400 to 1,000 tons for precision forming. G.E. Mathis works with materials up to 2 inches thick to create shapes like squares, rounds, cylinder sections, angles, and channels.
Bending
Custom sheet metal fabricators that make custom parts use metal bending to deform metal sheets and plates and create precise yet cost-effective components.
